Kinesiology

Kinesiology uses gentle muscle testing to explore the physical, emotional and energetic patterns underneath what you're experiencing. People come to our kinesiologist Joanne for stress and nervous-system regulation, clarity around stuck patterns, and a sense of balance. It's a supportive, complementary practice, not a substitute for medical care.

Your first session is an Initial Kinesiology Consult (1 hr 45 min) so there's time to talk through your history and goals before the muscle-testing work begins. You stay fully clothed and lie comfortably on the table. Follow-up standard consults run 1 hr 30 min.

It varies from person to person and what you're working with. Many clients start with an initial consult and a follow-up or two, then space sessions out. Joanne will talk through what feels right for you, there's no set package you have to commit to.
