Bookings

Appointments can be booked online through Fresha or by calling the studio on (07) 5534 3637. You'll receive instant confirmation, and you can reschedule yourself any time before the cancellation window.

Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations made under 24 hours are charged $50, and no-shows are charged 100% of the treatment fee.

Health-fund rebates

Remedial massage rebates can be claimed on the spot via HICAPS. Some fund exclusions apply to specific therapists; please mention your fund at booking so we can match you with the right practitioner.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are redeemable on any treatment, are non-refundable, and are valid for the period shown at purchase. They can be redeemed at booking by entering the voucher code.

Our treatments support relaxation and wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please tell your therapist about any health conditions, injuries or pregnancy before your session.
